This mail was in response to to my Technocracy column, Banning Minarets to Save the West, which of course originally appeared in WND.

subject: 3 strikes“Christian cathedrals”
You assume that Christians build cathedrals.
Where do find Christians doing such a thing in God’s Holy Word?
Nowhere.
Christians (real ones) KNOW that this assumption,
“to befit a house of God”
is also error. “the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands” – Acts 7:48
Your assumtion that Islam requires minarets to hate and attack men is your third erroneous assumption!
Islam doesn’t need buildings, but Islam welcomes the PROTECTION of the constitution, though,
“or prohibiting the free exercise thereof”
Satan knows how to read, and he knows how to USE what he reads against you!
Guess that’s 4 strikes, huh?

I wrote back simply, “Gothic Christian churches are a historical fact of architecture. The point of my article is not to justify the practice but to draw a comparison in terms of architectural signatures among religions.”
I received this mail in reply:
5th strike, you don’t understand what I said.
You require men to kill men to defend your constitution, yet the constitution allows Islam to do what Islam is doing in these United States. That is a fact.
Gothic structures are a fact. Another fact is that they have nothing to do with Christianity.
I wrote back only, “Disagreeing with you is not a failure to understand you. I’m not interested in semantic ballgames.”
I got back this reply:
Your column complains about Islam, and what they are doing, your constitution allows them to do what they are doing
You ignore that.
Typical American ignorance, personified!
I wrote back, finally, “I don’t ignore it at all; you don’t appear to comprehend what you read. Next time, stop and think before you write ignorantly.”
